The toilet flush in the room lacked power, an inconvenience. the mini bar also failed to get cold, rendering it USELESS. furthermore, communication prior to arrival was poor. I emailed the hotel multiple times but received no reply.

All the staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hamza and Raf from the restaurant provided an attentive service. Our bungalow room was spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant offered a great selection of food, with daily variations.
